Well, we got off to a bit of a rough start with being able to communicate issues we wanted fixed, but it wasn't really Brown & Glenn's fault. I think they were having problems getting in touch with the owner of the property from whom we rented. Once we got Sandra involved, and then Abby helped establish a meeting where we got to establish a good working relationship with the owner, things got much better. Additionally, the owner brought on a gentleman to take care of our maintenance issues who was just fantastic. I have had a great experience with Brown and Glenn. We got all the paperwork done quickly to rent the house and then got the key code. Getting some maintenance done was delayed a bit but that was caused by me. We had some illnesses in the house so it was difficult to schedule people to come over. After all that was done the maintenance was done pretty quickly.I’ve always gotten answers to my questions in a timely manner. Sandra and Abby have both been very sweet to deal with. Very nice in emails and great to talk to on the phone.Overall our experience with Brown and Glenn has been pretty easy. We never rented before and they made this very easy for us. When i received a transfer from my work in New York to North Carolina, I worked over the phone and via email with an agent, John Flynn, to find a place for my husband and I. We ended up renting a home in Huntersville NC and could not have been happier with the experience. We did not get a chance to look at the property as we moved here from New York and was nervous about renting a place we have never really seen but John was very easy to work with and made this stressful transition easy for us. I have only lived in my rental home for about a month now. Everything I've needed fixed has been fixed. The owner (not B& G) of the property owns many in Charlotte. I'm the first renter in this property so I'm not surprised things have had to be fixed since moving in. So far, B&G has been very responsive to all of my requests. The other thing that was refreshing was no runaround about the approval/application process. We found the house, put in an app and knew within hours if our application was accepted.  We weren't waiting weeks to figure out what was going on only to find out someone else was also applying.  I'm not discounting what others have posted here about their experience with B&G but I have not had that experience so far. Should that change, I'll be sure to post an update to my review.  As of right now, I recommend taking a chance on B&G if you find a rental you really like through them. More...
