On July 19th I ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in Hollywood for her birthday . I am in New Mexico so had to do this over the phone . The owner was so very helpful and nice . He sent several pictures to my phone and very patient in waiting for me to choose what I wanted . They delivered them and she called so excited ! I am so happy that Chris and Diana have bought the same flower shop I've been buying my flowers for years!! If you thought the previous owner was awesome, Chris is amazing with his creativity and customer service! I love that no matter the price point, they deliver the most beautiful arrangements. First rate service and beautiful flowers everytimeOn several occasions I have contacted Chris and Diana at Broward West to have flowers sent to my wife and they have never disappointed. First, no order is to complicated or too late for them. The service is impeccable - they always deliver on time and with friendly courteous delivery staff. Lastly, the flowers are simply amazing - size, color, freshness, quality - AMAZING. Awesome broward county florist! I called for a last minute birthday arrangement and was pleasantly surprised at how great it turned out. It was 4 days before Valentine's Day realizing it's the most hectic time for a florist i didn't expect such creative awesomeness. Sam is an artist! I called in for a last minute birthday arrangement for my mom. I always ask for higher quality, better flowers, like orchids, hydrangeas, etc. They had no problem doing it in a rush. Been meaning to make this post for months since Mother's Day 2015 really! Continue reading of you care to know why they get 5 stars. I've had several arrangements by them and keep coming back!! The flowers are always fresh and compared to the flowers I've ever received or bought theirs bloom beautifully AND somehow last the longest. My first arrangement was a customized birthday bouquets for that one friend who is specific to liking Daisies.(think we all have one of those friends)They were especially helpful on a last minute order to my mother-in-law whose birthday I almost forgot.Yikes!! So grateful the arrangement was beautiful and most importantly arrived on time so no one knew of my procrastination except the flower shop.The little flower shop on the corner has friendly staff that's been helpful,accommodating to customizing my ordering needs.While there one day heard someone who works there help a customer that "was in the dog house" it's funny but they're really your one stop flower shop.
