We recently hosted a Food Truck event at our school for students taking an entrepreneurship class. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with from the planning stages to the day of the event. A food truck that makes pizza in 5 minutes? Sign me up!We recently tried out this food truck when they were parked at Blue Point Brewery on a warm Saturday. Pizza is one of those things that goes great with beer therefore we decided to give it a shot. They are considered personal pan pizzas, however, we weren't THAT hungry so we decided to split one. We went with the margherita and were told it would be ready in 5 minutes...They weren't lying.5 minutes later we had a delicious pizza that even smelled amazing presented to us. We ate, washed it down with some beer, and were stuffed until the next morning. The pizza is thin crust, with toppings you can actually see, served warm and fantastic in an impressive amount of time. So excited to have finally tried Brockenzo Pizza. It was delicious!!! My favorite- Quattro Formaggio but the classic Margherita and the Marinara were also delish.
Dessert pizza...Caramel Apple...It was out of this world!!!!

Brockenzo's Neapolitan Pizza truck is exceptional. We used them this past weekend to feed about 70 guests at a wedding after party and we could not have been more pleased. The pizza is baked right in the truck in a wood fired brick oven and is amazing. In addition, Chris the owner is a pleasure to work with. Nothing goes better than pizza and beer and this pizza is hot, fresh, and to die for. I first tried them at Blue Point Brewery, mainly because once the smell infiltrates your nose, there's no going back and you must order some pizza. They have a fairly decent sized menu for a food truck which allows you to try something new every time, or stick with your usual. I have tried quite a few pizzas and haven't been let down yet. Everything is good, the regular pie, the margarita, four cheese, meat lovers, gorgonzola & onion, garlic knots, etc...the list goes on. The pizzas range from $10-$15 which for a personal pie, I can see being a little much but once you taste it, it's all worth it. Aside from the pizza being out of this world, the people running it are genuine and super friendly. If you have the chance, definitely get a pie. You will not be disappointed! More...
