Very pleased with their service. Â I messed up the order by not putting in a complete address - they were "johnny on the spot" and got in touch with me right away. Â The flowers were going to my cousin-in-law who had a tough week. Â I'm always leery of the arrangements actually matching up to what is delivered. Â Broadway Florist SENT ME A PICTURE OF THE ARRANGEMENT!!!! Â So I know EXACTLY what it looked like before it left the store. Â Such a simple service and genius at that. We used Broadway Florist for our wedding because of a venue recommendation. I'm so happy we decided to go with them. I expected great work from this business because of repertoire pictures, however on the day of our wedding, it was even better than I imagined. We gave them a few pinterest pictures and a description of the vibe for the event. The end result was absolutely perfect. We also saved quite a bit by renting some items from them, instead of buying. I was trying to send flowers to a friend out of state. I tried a few national sites only to find after going thru full ordering process service charge was too high and not much same day or even next day delivery I finally found a place and thought I was good. Next day I get an email florist was unavailable. Then I find Broadway, they had plenty of arrangements for same day delivery I place order. Unfortunately, weather and road conditions made delivery that day impossible. They immediately call to inform me and say delivery will be done next day on a Sunday.
