What do you love most about your job?
The thing that I love most about my work as a Life Coach is seeing the positive impact I've had on my clients, both in how they think and how they handle life's struggles. There's something about seeing the "lightbulb go on" above my client's head when I've said something that clicked for them that drives me. I LOVE hearing positive stories about how my clients experience mind-blowing changes in how they approach their life's challenges now that I've coached them. And I LOVE the fact that I can use the storms I've been through in life to help others finally break through and live the lives they dream of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized that I had a passion and gift for helping people through public speaking when I was a job readiness trainer for a national training program. During that time, I gave an orientation workshop that I created for a new site opening in Philadelphia. The goal was to motivate clients to look within themselves at their attitudes and their self-awareness before starting their journey to success. Guests there from other agencies were so excited about my ability to click with my audience that they all asked if I would speak to their clients before I left the city,
They asked me "what other topics do you speak about?" That question led me to create what became the Broadcast Your Inner Champion Coaching System. The questions that I ask all my clients to begin their journey: "Who are you?" and "To whom do you belong?"
Why should our clients choose you?
I tell all potential clients: "Tell me about your storm, and I'll coach you through it." I tell them that because I've realized that potential clients don't care as much about my credentials and degrees than they do about the fact that I've been through some rough storms in my life, including homelessness and people close to me not only not supporting me, but actively hurting me as I fought to live the life I wanted.
I've hosted nationally televised shows and I've been a Fulbright Scholar in Peru, but in the end, people want to work with me because they know that when they share with me their deep, dark secrets that keep them from living the lives they dream of, I can relate to them in a real way and coach them through it. I can get people to broadcast their inner champions because I'm a living example of what it means to do that.

Absolutely. I provide one-on-one coaching through Zoom. It's a great way to get quality face-to-face coaching even if we're physically far apart.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because my coaching is online, my clients and I are automatically safe from Covid-19. I also adhere to current Covid safety protocols whenever I do live coaching/seminars.
