I have known Brittany for a couple years, but it was so fun to see her behind the camera!! She is an extremely talented photographer and super intentional with her approach to photography. I am so impressed with the time that she spent to get to know us better: our story, music selections, nicknames. She used everything she learned to make the shoot a wonderful, comfortable experience. I can’t say enough about how awesome our experience was with Brittany! Brittany captured our engagement beautifully. My fiancé had asked for her to sneak up just as he was popping the question! She did such a great job of catching our candid emotions in that moment and we loved how the pictures turned out. We loved our pictures so much that we decided to set up a second engagement session with Brittany! She was very accommodating in terms of scheduling, and provided us with a bunch of suggestions of local dog friendly places to take our photos. My fiancé and I were a little unsure of posing for pictures, but Brittany took the time to chat and get to know us more before we took any pictures, which put us both at ease. We ended up having a blast! Brittany provided more prompts than instructions during the session, which made our pictures seem natural. Brittany is an incredibly talented and gifted photographer. She recently took our engagement shots and we could not be more pleased! They are so beautiful, I could not have asked for anything more! She has captured our relationship to a T. It was very clear how deeply she cares for her work and the attention to detail she puts into each photo. Prior to the photoshoot, I was incredibly nervous about creating the "perfect" shots, however Brittany quickly put me at ease and gave us prompts to do throughout rather than instructing us on how to pose. She is incredibly warm, fun, and easy going! We had a blast with her! She really captured those authentic moments between us. Best part, she loves dogs and welcomes them at her photo shoots! I'll admit, our dog can be quite naughty at times, but she did a wonderful job with him! There are so many great things I can say about Brittany Bender Photography! Apart from all the great details listed above, she is also extremely well organized, informative, and professional (she sent us all contracts, information, and more prior to the shoot).
