This bakery is the absolute best! We discovered this place by chance and since then me and my wife have been absolutely hooked. So what's awesome about this place? Absolutely everything. The staff is extremely kind and just interacting with them while ordering puts you in a good mood. Their matcha latte is superb. I even did not know I liked matcha latte until I tried theirs. And their coffee is equally good! The place has a decently sized parking lot that is nice because many of the roads around the area are parking permit only. Last but not least, their cakes. I have been in this country for 7 years, lived in 3 states and traveled all around. And by far the best cake I have ever had is Brit Bakery's cake. Very cute, hole-in-the-wall place with amazinggg service. I had a very last minute request from a friend to get a blue and pink cake for a party and had no idea where to find a blue cake. I saw on Brit Bakery's website that they had a pink cake (S2) and a white cake (lemon marscapone) so called that morning to see if they could make the white cake blue instead and with the decoration of S2. The owners were so helpful and accommodating.The cake was perfect. Not too sweet. Right amount of frosting. Light. Didn't feel gross after eating it. So glad I finally popped into this hidden gem! The woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful when I asked for dessert recommendations. She even gave me a free cookie (which I immediately ate and it was absolutely delicious)! You can tell the food is made with love and quality ingredients and the result is elegant and tasty treats. What can I say about this place but it is AMAZING!!! Every one here is really nice. The shortbread cookies, the cranberry pecan cookies and the one with oatmeal cookies are delicious! I remember this used to be another bakery cafe and I was disappointed that I never got to try it. Not this time. My wife and I ordered a strawberry cream cake for a friend's birthday and it was creamy delicious and so beautifully decorated. It was so light and fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. We went to the cafe and met me the owner Ann. She's super sweet and allowed our dog to come inside so she wouldn't get so hot outside. I ordered the avocado toast with egg and yum! Both pastries and cakes / cupcakes are very high quality. The portion sizes aren't huge, but every bite has flavor to make up for this. Definitely a good place to grab dessert to contribute to a fancy dinner you're going to, or a cake for an occasion. 4pm on a Saturday they were already sold out of most things. It's a lovely new place that I go with my family a couple of times a week! Great for breakfast or a quick afternoon snack. It's a Korean style bakery with delicate and balanced flavors; For example, my favorite, Soft Angel cake is a light spongy cake that melts in your mouth. There are a variety of cookies, muffins and scones that are not as oversized as Flour so more pleasurable to finish in one sitting. Glad to see these guys opened up next to Laundromutt...Now I can pick up some sweets every time I drop off my doge for some grooming! I ordered a lemon mascarpone cake for a party the other day and it was a big hit - creamy, light, and not too sweet. This cake and the others I saw seem to be similar to the ones you can find in H-Mart - light, a bit more spongy, a bit more reserved on sweetness. Small little place with tones of love and passion. The food was absolutely delicious and healthy. I took my 2.5 &4.5 year old boys here this afternoon and ordered 2 sandwiches, soft angel cake, cupcakes and cookies. The owner was super friendly. I ended up learning a bit about her and definitely felt good to provide my kids with foods from Brit. Brit's Bakery makes beautiful desserts. My friend brought a tray of their tarts and pastries to an important business meeting, and they were a huge hit. You know how sometimes you bring dessert to a meeting, and people eat maybe a couple and then they sit there? Nope, these were GONE--because they're delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and the fruit was beautifully balanced with the sweetness of the pastry and the cream.
