Neil Hansen and his crew did a Great Job on my condo! I have light colored wall to wall carpeting and their restoration of my rug was superb! They were also very amenable to additional spot cleaning of "traffic areas" and a few other tough stained locations! In addition they cleaned a heavy sectional sofa with multiple pads and thoroughly vacuumed underneath it, which I was not able to do myself.VERY Satisfied!!!Dr John More...

Neil Hansen and his crew did a Great Job on my condo! I have light colored wall to wall carpeting and their restoration of my rug was superb! They were also very amenable to additional spot cleaning of "traffic areas" and a few other tough stained locations! Neil has cleaned my carpets on 2 or 3 occasions in a townhouse I rent out. He has consistently been able to get spots out that either (1) another service had been unable to remove, and (2) get out stains I didn't think would come out.
