How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I ask for client input and then create a workout based on their goals, needs and abilities. I use my 16+ years experience as a trainer and the best scientific knowledge available to guide my training plan.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients reach their goals. When I see a client learn and build confidence in the weight room while also achieving their goals, it inspires me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved training personally. I have always been active and thought that sport and training were fun. I found out I was pretty good at training and wanted to share and teach my passion to help benefit others.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I received my first dose of the vaccine as soon as it was available. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I will continue to monitor the situation and be mindful of my clients requests.
Personal Training
After consulting with my client, I implement a training program based on my clients goals, needs and abilities. I coach them on proper exercise technique to maximize performance and safety. Training sessions last 1 hour.
