I will work with you to develop a menu that fits your budget but exceeds your hopes. Prepare the food ahead of time, or in your own home, whichever suits you best.
I can stay through the party or event to help serve and clean up afterwards, or simply hand you a fully prepared meal and leave your to enjoy at your leisure.
Chef's School
Teaching a family, group, or class how to prepare a meal, or use a certain technique. This can be a specific meal that you always to cook, or a traditional technique that sounds intriguing. I will manage the shopping, the menu, and the beverages as desired.
