My only regret is not joining sooner! The facility is clean, modern and has all the little things you could need - healthy food options to go, shower, female accessories such as hair ties etc. The HIIT workout is awesome! It's always something different and pushes me to do a routine I wouldn't do by myself at the local gym. Music and instructors are great! So happy Tony opened the studio in the area. Bria Method is time + money well spent! If you are not training here, what are you doing?! More...

If you didn't know, Tony is the trainer to everyone in Bucks County who is a fitness fanatic. I am so glad he opened up his own place. With his method and the constant push I am finally seeing the results that I have wanted to see for years but wasn't able to with any other gym. You are always welcomed with a smile and a clean gym with all of the best equipment. Each workout I burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories!!! Can't beat it! Thank you!!! More...

I've been training with Tony Bria for years.  As the local celebrity trainer, Tony has an incredible follower base of "cult-like" fitness fanatics. He is always following up with his clients to make sure they are eating properly and staying on the right track.  The Bria Method is a new fitness facility offer a plethora of fitness classes including the likes of HIIT, LIT Barre, Full Body Shredder, Hurricane, Power Yoga and more.  Tony is constantly changing up and optimizing workouts to keep the class interesting and engaged.  Nothing beats burning 800-1,000 calories in a SINGLE CLASS. I recently signed up for the Bria Method that opened only two weeks ago and have been really enjoying it. If you are like me and don't enjoy traditional gyms, with hoards of people and overwhelming looking equipment, this is for you. This gym offers classes that range from fast paced HIIT that include strength training, TRX and plyometrics mixed in with cardio as well as low impact classes such as Barre and yoga. I am pretty sure they have other classes that I have yet to try! Overall, for me, I find that a workout out in a group setting is better. I have taken a few different classes so far and all were great! The times are very convenient and typically they have a class almost every, hour at least in the early morning  (which is most convenient for me). Some are ran concurrently in the two rooms that the gym has. The space is large, bright and clean. They have bathroom (obviously!) and even a shower, which I do not use so cannot speak to it. Your do have to remember to sign up for the classes, can't just show up. The sign up is easy through the MINDBODY app that I've used previously for other studios in the area. It's synced with my personal calendar so no excuses for missing a class. At the moment, the classes don't have too many people in them but I imagine that changing in the near future. I guess then it will be on the first come first serve basis through the app. I will definitely update my review after trying more of the classes they offer but so far I would recommend. More...
