BCM offers Career Coaching to qualified applicants. Each coaching program applicant begins with a free one-hour consultation in order that we can understand our client’s needs and goals. Our coaching sessions include, identifying career goals and companies, networking, resumes, cover letters, time management, interviewing, the first day on the job and much more. Our coaching model helps build confidence so finding a new career position becomes a simplified process.
By understanding the dynamics of today’s hiring cycle it is necessary for everyone to understand that finding the job of your dreams is no easy task.
