Working with Brendan was exactly what I needed at this time in my life.

Brendan is a master at his craft. It can be difficult to admit that you are having a hard time and need help, but Brendan makes me feel so comfortable. So much has changed since I started working with him 3 months ago - my relationships are better, I’m much more confident, and I recently go a new job and nearly doubled my salary!

This is my passion project and my life’s work. a synthesis of my studies and trainings in yoga, philosophy, peer support, and personal development.

I am doing this work because I know what it is like to stare at the two divergent paths and choose darkness.

I also know what that journey back to the light looks like. I know that it requires courage. faith. honesty.

And I know that it requires help.

I am here to help.

I am on a mission to create a world with more love and deeper human connection.

This is my contribution to that world.

Let me first say that I will not be the right coach for everyone. It's important that we are aligned on 4 key principles in order to ensure a productive coaching relationship.

1. Truth: Together, we will be exploring the truth of YOUR experience. This may be uncomfortable at times, but truth is the only way forward.

2. Accountability: In our sessions, we focus on the things that we can control.

3. Creativity: Right now, you haven't begun to scratch the surface of your creative potential. When we work together, you will break through limiting beliefs and ideas that are keeping you from experiencing life in its fullness.

4. Action: This is what makes coaching different from therapy. Yes, we go deep and explore a range of emotions and experiences in session. But spiritual growth doesn't happen in coaching sessions, or meditation, or yoga, or when you're reading a book - it happens when you're out there living your life. All of my clients take action based on the work that we do together in session.

Yes - I travel frequently, therefore my business is fully remote. We conduct sessions via phone or Zoom.

My coaching practice is conducted on a fully remote basis.

Services

1-on-1 coaching to achieve a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

All 1-on-1 programs are custom designed based on your needs.

Here’s how it works:

1. You fill out an application

2. If I think I can help you, we schedule a long-format conversation (usually last between one and two hours). This call is free of charge.

3. If we decide to move forward together, we will co-create a custom plan that suits your personal needs to help you achieve your personal goals. Usually, I meet with clients between once and four times per month.

4. A few months go by - you learn new tools, create new habits, achieve your goals - and kick my @ss to the curb! (although some clients do choose to continue working together long term)
