Individual counseling
This is online one to one counseling services for 2-3x a week for up to 6 weeks.
Group Sessions
Group sessions are beneficial for those who would like to be engaged with like minded individuals who are ready to put their mental health first. Group sessions focus on a variety of topics and meet 1-2x a month.
Skill Building Package
Individuals are allowed to purchase a one - time treatment plan and educational package specific to a mental health issue of their choice. The skill building package is best used when combined with a group session on the topic.
