I am a senior citizen. Â Needed physical therapy having broken both feet and subsequently, fractured left big toe. At the age of 71,I was convinced I would go to my grave with numb feet, due to extensive scar tissue build up. Physical therapy gave up, just told me to walk a lot. When I decided to try a physical fitness trainer, I chose a trainer at Bread and Butter Fitness. This was chosen because it is small, private, quick drive from Concord, and has plenty of parking! The trainer I have is amazing! Â After 7 months with him, four 1 hour sessions per week, I walk, lunge, plank, hip thrust, climb the stairs, slam the ropes and jump rope!I highly recommend Bread and Butter Fitness if you are looking to build strength, want to compete or if you have a disabling condition that you want to improve. Â The trainers care, and are focused on the goals you have expressed. More...

This was my first time trying personal training and I couldn't have gone wrong with coming here ! The trainer I worked with was very friendly and helpful in making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I was a bit skeptical at first, because the prices seemed lower than most in the area, but I definitely made the right call coming here. Bread and Butter Fitness is AMAZING !! More...
