This is one of the best values in the area. The food is absolutely delicious. My wife and I have dined here many times and we will continue to do so. The top sirloin is probably our favorite. Writing this review breaks my heart. Since we moved around this area, we have nothing but praise.When the dining in came back, we were so excited to support this business. My husband and I even brought friends and family that would be their first time here - table of six.I made a reservation ahead of time and also indicated that we are celebrating a birthday.As soon as we sat, we were so excited and we just chatted.. and I guess we almost didnt realize how the process bec, since covid, I dont know what changed.After a good 20 to 30 mins.. the server came and asked us "are we not going to the salad bar".. to our defense, we didnt know. So we just laughed and got up to grabbed our plates.1. It would be nice if we were told as soon as we got there how it works. And all the precautions.2. My cousin asked for a new plate bec there was HAIR in his salad.. with everything going on. I wanted to get up and leave.  I was so embarrassed.3. We didnt get an apology- nothing - we had to pretend it didnt happened. 4. I made a reservations for birthday, the servers saw gifts on our table. I'm just shocked no one made any effort to acknowledge this! We spent almost $400 that night and I don't think I'm coming back nor going to recommend it.And I'm truly sad. More...

I had never been here before... I met a friend here for lunch on a Friday.  I was not disappointed! The all you can eat salad bar alone was amazing!  I could have filled myself on just the salad bar!  It was complete with fresh vegetables, fresh cheeses, rice croquettes, pasta salads, beef stroganoff and fresh chicken salad. The staff was very nice and the service was impeccable.  The drinks were delicious and there was a big variety of the all you can eat meats and all of them were very tasty!  My favorites were the bacon wrapped chicken, the barbecue chicken and the garlic steak.I am definitely going to return with my family for a special occasion! I've frequented Brazil Express numerous times throughout the years and am consistently in awe of the amazing taste, quality/authenticity of food, and friendly service. It's been a while since my last visit, and they haven't skipped a beat. I prefer Brazil Express 10x over the "big guys." Their meats are perfectly grilled and salted, and the salad bar is so good I've gotten just that before. I especially appreciate the bit of hot foods, like the soups, marinated mushrooms, beans and rice, etc. Of course, the tabletop sides, the fried bananas, pao de quejo (Brazilian cheese bread), and mashed potatoes are just as excellent. I am so impressed this is a small business. The owners are incredibly hard working (I see them every time I visit,) and for that, I truly commend them for not taking any short cuts. Came here for a large party to celebrate Christmas with our family on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to get a private area because our party was for about 20 of us. Unfortunately the only downside I had about the restaurant was the set up of the tables. There were 2 rows of the tables for 10 people each. It was way too crowded with minimal space to push our chairs out and also for the servers to come through our tables and provide the meat. The servers were all kind and receptive when we all had requested more sides or sauces. Our waters were always full as well! We also ordered a pitcher of red sangria which was fair to say the least. You start off with the salad bar which consisted of assorted meats/cheeses, veggies, and soups and salads. We wanted to pace ourselves and only got a small amount. Then you stay at your table and when you're ready to eat the steak, you place the card on green. The servers quickly brought out all kinds of steaks and chicken! Top sirloin, flank, house sirloin, and garlic steak were my favorites. Also included were chicken wrapped in bacon, filet mingnon with or without bacon, and bbq chicken and more. You also get the sides of mashed potatoes and plantains, which were underwhelming unfortunately. We also added dessert to our meal which isn't included in the AYCE and had flan which was good! Overall, we had a really great time here and would definitely be back.It was my birthday and we wanted to go somewhere a little nicer.  A group of 4 of us showed up at 6pm on a Saturday and were seated right away.  As soon as we we walking to our table, the aroma of grilled meat hit us in the face.  I knew it was a good sign.They had a lot of drink specials, which made the drinks more affordable.  We did a pitcher of red sangria (I wouldn't order this again, I would stick to a wine to match up with the meats) for our table and then made our way to the salad bar.Their salad bar is okay.  No, it is not comparable to the big name places.  However, you are not paying a big name price.  Therefore, I didn't expect the same type of salad bar.  One addition that would be great is Parmesan cheese.   I did highly appreciate their food allergy sign as I knew what was safe for me to eat (gluten free).  Thank you for that!!It was now time for our meat party to start. This is where they shine.  As soon as we put our card up, they were bringing over the meats constantly and consistently.  And WOW... they were amazingly flavorful.  The servers were so nice and kind too during the whole experience.I ended with a Brazilian coffee, but I would also skip that.  It was super boozy and I like my after dinner drink to have more of a coffee flavor than booze.  That is my own personal preference though. Thoroughly enjoyed our birthday celebration here!  Picked Schaumburg because it was equidistant from all our suburban relatives, and picked this over a chain restaurant because of the great Yelp reviews.  Was a perfect choice - delicious food and warm, attentive service from everyone.  Meat was plentiful, well-flavored, and perfectly cooked.  As others noted, salad bar had amazing options, and the rolls - well, I could have made a meal out of those.  We squeezed in a bit of dessert, none of which disappointed.  You won't regret dinner here!
