I Needed a cleaner at the last minute as my regular cleaner was unavailable. Â Darcilene went out of the way to make sure she squeezed me in that same day so I could hand over the keys to the new buyer. May I just say WOW!!! This company was so easy to work with. They were always very timely in their response and communicated with us every step of the way. My hubby isn't easily impressed and he was VERY happy with the results!!! Their pricing is super competitive and they were sooo thorough! My son even came home and said "wow everything is so white" LOL. We will be having them back for sure on a monthly basis. Thank you again to the ladies for such an amazing clean!!! More...

This cleaning service was prompt at responding and had great prices. She did an amazing job cleaning in areas I didn't think of having cleaned . She took about 5 hours and put in hard work. She was dedicated in doing a good job. She left the house feeling refreshed, cleaned, and dust free! I am definitely hiring her for our monthly cleaning in the future hands down. Very Unprofessional!! I had arranged an every other week cleaning service and confirmed a couple hours before and they said I cancelled. They insist on only doing business via text and text you a confirmation from a different phone number than what you were messaging from originally. Even though you literally just confirmed with the main number that is on yelp. Instead of apologizing or being sympathetic for the customer rearranging their day they were rude and still for some reason wouldn't answer the phone. Another annoying aspect is they give you a window of time like a cable company instead of just telling you what specific time they will be there. Good luck actually getting someone to show up.
