I was told by my tax preparer that I owed $200 to the IRS, and that I could not claim my 19 year old son on my taxes even though he’s in college.
Bianca looked at my paperwork and went through each item page by page. In the end I got $4400 back because of the credits and deductions my old tax person said I couldn’t claim.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when someone comes to me after being told they would owe money, and I fix the errors and get them a refund of thousands of dollars.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like people and love my clients.
I wanted autonomy and the ability to take my time and focus on people, not on getting a high volume of clients to pay hundreds of dollars for a five minute tax prep session.

Because I will not stop until I get them the best possible refund, least possible tax liability, and I explain what I’ve done and why I’ve done it-in full detail.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do remote work and remote signature. Clients can request a paper copy be mailed.
