So to start i sent this moving company a request to be moved on November 14th which is 11 days before my moving date I tried to get a quote and as we all know they will not tell you the exact cost instead they ask you to register and give them all the details and then if they don't like the job they will tell you sorry we don't have any availability after stating open availability on that date instead they will try to offer you moving on the next day so i said fine how much would it cost on the 15th . .??? the response was :hanging up the phone on me so I told them I'm going write a review on yelp they called right back and said the phone got disconnected so I told him save it I won't pay anyone who hangs up on people they said so are you going to write a review because we got disconnected and i said yes ..that was the end of it ..Do your self a favor and find someone other company because this one will leave you high & dry on your moving day! My husband and I worked with Brave Movers in early August for a move out of state. We packed most of our boxes ourselves, but we definitely had some left the morning Brave Movers arrived to finish it up, wrap all of our furniture, and pack up their van. There were 4 workers to load the truck from our 2-bedroom apartment and then 3 workers to drive the truck and unload it at our new place. They arrived a few minutes ahead of time, worked incredibly efficiently, and they finished the full day ahead of their estimated schedule and with nothing broken! They were careful, patient, great communicators, incredibly hard workers, and overall great to work with! If I could give Brave Movers 100+ stars I would. Daniel was exceptional in his explanation of what they do and what I was to expect. The 3 gentlemen that came to move us were more than exceptional. So kind, respectful, courteous, and most importantly true gentlemen. I just couldn't believe the respect they gave are belongings. At the end of the move the cost was explained in detail down to the penny. It took X amount of hours plus 45 minutes. I told the leader to just round off to the next hour. He said they don't do that they only charge for the actual time. WOW movers that are honest. If you need movers in New England and you don't use Brave Movers in Quincy, Ma. it would be your loss. I highly recommend Brave Movers!!! We've moved several times over the years and based on my experience, Brave Movers is simply the best! What sets them apart from other companies is excellent customer service, from communication, honesty, and reliability. The person I spoke with, Daniel, gave me the fairest estimate for the move after calculating the number of storage days we needed to meet a specific delivery time frame. He was very upfront about the pricing and reassured me that there would not be any hidden costs, which I appreciated. And, he's so nice--very personable and easy to talk to!! Daniel kept me posted throughout the entire process of the move (loading date, how many workers, confirmation for pick up/delivery, etc) and they were punctual. I loved that he was also responsive when I called or texted. I was surprised that only 2 men unloaded and delivered our belongings (a large truck full) in only 4 hours! (These guys are super strong and efficient, though I was very worried about their backs! Note: Our previous home was 4,700 sq ft with a huge basement storage room and we downsized to a 3,200 sq ft house with no basement storage. I underestimated how much stuff we had and unfortunately we had to leave some valuable items behind because they would not fit in the truck. I highly recommend donating or selling items you no longer need or use, because we ended up bringing mostly junk across the country that we eventually had to get rid of. More...

These guys are outstanding. I moved from a three story townhouse into a two bedroom apartment located a couple miles away. Their team of three completed the job within 6.5 hours and cost me just over $800. Their work consisted of a full pack-up of dishes, clothing and furniture, including the disassembly and reassemble of a king and queen-size bed. They also work very fast, not a second of down time. These were hands down the BEST movers I have ever had (and having lived in downtown Boston for 10+ years, I've had plenty). They were clear about their price, made it easy to book/reserve online, and that was all before the dreaded moving day. They confirmed the day before, and not only were they there early, but they were the nicest, most efficient, genuinely amazing people! They were super fast, wrapped everything that could have gotten dinged, and genuinely took CARE of my stuff. Not to mention, they came in under the estimated cost. If you need movers, just hire Brave. Don't read other reviews, don't wonder if they're "too new" ... if anything, this is a tremendous company out to prove that good work ethic and word of mouth are more important than nickel and diming (all of their wrapping, travel time, materials, etc. were included in the fee ... and there were NO surprises when it was time to pay the final bill ... other than it being under the low end of the range we had discussed). I will never use anyone else ever again! Daniel and his team honestly made for a different moving experience than I had ever had before (anyone else ever leave for a few minutes and notice that movers magically stopped doing anything until they saw you come back? not these guys).
