What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Brandon Gallagher, and I own Brandon Gallagher Health & Performance. I’ve been in the fitness industry as an instructor for the last five years and a practitioner for the last 10 years. Within that time, I’ve dedicated myself to trying new movements, acquiring new skills, and learning how to recover from those skills in order to keep me moving towards my goals as an athlete and an instructor! I am a student of the game and always pushing myself to learn.
Fitness is and always will be more than just sweating and lifting to me. To me, it is the most socially acceptable form of therapy. It has helped me a lot throughout my life. In 2013, I was overweight and felt lost. I graduated high school and didn’t know what I was going to do with the rest of my life. I decided to take things into my own hands. From August 2013 to December of 2013, I changed my lifestyle, eating habits, and lost 60 pounds! I understand the struggle of losing weight, including the hardships that go along with it. This process made me who I am today and led me to pursue biggest passion.

Yes, I have full online service. I use an app called truecoach where I deliver all my workouts to the client. I track metrics, communicate, and run billing through this platform.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Transitioned to fully remote, with in-person training that is socially distanced.
Remote Personal Coaching
Through remote coaching, I work with those who are dedicated to reaching their full potential in health, wellness, and performance from the comfort of their own gym. Remote coaching is an opportunity for me to help as many people as possible. Whether you are training recreationally or for a specific competition, I will be committed to your success. Our job is to put all of the “pieces” together for you, including warm-ups, workouts, nutrition, support, and so much more. Trust us to guide you down the path of sustainable fitness for life! With remote coaching you will receive:

This is the most specialized, in-depth option offered by our trainers. This option sets you up for nothing less than success with all of your personal goals. You will be given constant access to your coach, weekly check-ins keeping you on track, and receive additional perks including webinars, seminars, services, products and more!
Personal Training
Train with me in a comfortable and progressive 1-on-1 setting, whether in person, or on Zoom or FaceTime! I will craft individualized workouts including a warm-up, strength and conditioning piece (if applicable for your individualized fitness plan). Your workout will be based on your goals and what equipment and space we have access to. Whether you have been working out for many years, or you are new to the fitness world, no worries! We will work together to create a plan building on your current abilities to accomplish your fitness goals. Individualization begins where ability ends!
This option is great for individuals who are just getting into fitness, prefer more supervision while working out, and/or favor a highly structured experience
