Personal Trainers

Brandon is the right person to keep you motivated and help you push through your limits. As someone who was just starting out, he answered all questions I had, went into detail about what each workout was for and gave out exercises that I should try at home to maintain a good routine outside of the gym. I have worked out with Brandon for 5 years now. Brandon is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and athletic injuries. I had fully torn my ACL and Brandon got me back up to my pre-injury fitness level. Brandon is always on time, passionate about the success of all his clients and makes working out so much fun! Brandon always has a comprehensive, personalized and well planned work out each time you have a session with him. He is always pushing his clients to reach I have worked out with Brandon for 5 years now. Brandon is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and athletic injuries. I found Brandon on Bark and let me tell you he whips you into shape! Brandon is great with knowing what your capabilities are and gives you the motivation to do just a little more each time, which is what you need from an experienced trainer. I feel stronger than I've ever felt thanks to him! He also gave me a lot of great sites with exercises to help me on the days we weren't training and some healthy eating habits to incorporate with my busy schedule. Brandon was my first trainer several years back, and because the gym discontinued training, I had to find another trainer in my neighborhood. I never found anybody as good as Brandon and got lucky enough for him to reach out to me again several years later.
Brandon is a great trainer; he pushes me to my limit while taking into account my limitations, he’s respectful of my time and I am respectful of his. I have really enjoyed working with him again and feel that my entire physical condition has flourished under his tutelage. I am also seeing a nutritionist, In between vigorous training and healthy eating I am becoming a better me! I would highly recommend Brandon as a trainer for anybody and enjoy working with him.

I am so glad I have Brandon for training sessions! Brandon had been helping me with the goal of improving my core, balance and endurance due to deficiencies caused by my PAD. Recently I was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. I am slowly improving my endurance with his guidance on nutrition and the training sessions. Brandon has been my trainer for almost 2 years. I was referred to him by my physical therapist who gave him the highest recommendation. I have many limitations due to past shoulder surgery and current bone loss. With Brandon’s expertise and his never ending patience, I am able to strengthen and tone every part of my body. I have trained with Brandon for over 2 years. I have numerous injuries and health concerns that have to be worked around. Brandon never fails to come up with unique work-out sessions. My cholesterol went from 347 to 208 while training with Brandon. He is positive, encouraging and challenging. I chose to switch to remote sessions during Covid.
