My son wanted to purchase an arrangement in memory of his grandfather.  The two of us walked in and Brandi was so friendly and kind.  I told her we wanted a unique arrangement of sympathy flowers and described my in-law's British West Indies style.  My son weighed in on his grandfather's favorites.  Brandi really listened.  Later that day she delivered the most beautiful and perfectly suited floral arrangement to the home.  My MIL said it was absolutely stunning.  Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!! I honestly can’t speak more highly about my experience and final product. Multiple florists in the area were dismissive that I only needed a bouquet for my simple wedding but Brandi’s was not. We are so happy that we chose Brandi’s Botanicals for our wedding. They are creative, easy to work with, and create beautiful arrangements. My wife gave them a color scheme, and a brief description of how she wanted her flowers to look, and they took it, ran with it, and executed beyond what we could have ever imagined. Brandi and Amber were true pros when it came to delivering the most gorgeous floral arrangements for my wedding! From the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the small touches seen throughout the venue, everything was absolutely stunning. Okay listen, Brandi and Amber are the best!! I have zero knowledge of flowers or the names of anything, but Brandi's Botanicals gave me exactly what I was looking for and it was gorgeous! ! They were always extremely prompt with emails and answered any questions or concerns I had. Before we met in person, they had me fill out a survey if what I need and links to different pictures or Pinterest boards. During our meeting they were very organized and wrote down detailed descriptions of what I described and the feel I was looking for. I trusted them to make beautiful design decisions and they really delivered. They also reviewed pictures with me of things I had sent them on Pinterest to make sure they understood what part of the image I liked and wanted. They were also wonderful to work with because right up front they respected my budget and made suggestions on how to get a similar look for a lot less. I never felt pressured to get more flowers than I requested and they were very accommodating when I added a bridesmaid a few months before the wedding. They even made some suggestions on how to mesh designs of the cocktail tables to the reception tables (cocktail tables had a small candle with a circle of greenery and reception tables had lanterns with a larger twirl of greenery and roses). Even my husband remarked on how great everything pulled together and meshed! We had our wedding at Cross and Main (literally right across the street from Brandi's). Everything was delivered early and set up well before our event. They even checked-in with me day-of and stated they had some extra greenery and where I might like it to go. All the flowers day-of where in perfect condition and looked absolutely stunning. They draped the fabric on our arch and recreated a picture I had seen with greenery going up the sides. I called on a Thursday morning at 11 am and the answer message said that they are too busy and to call back next week. If I need flowers next week I certainly will not be calling Youngsville florist. I needed flowers TODAY. PS. A few minutes after I wrote my review. The owner of Youngsville florist called me and explained why they can't take any customers now. I hired Brandi’s Botanicals for my wedding this past Saturday at Rose Hill Plantation. And let me just say-I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful, perfect, breathtaking, and all around gorgeous my flowers were. I was so impressed with the flowers that it was almost all I could talk about the entire day. Amber did an excellent job communicating with me through the entire process and she made all my floral dreams come true! The flowers for my wedding were absolutely stunning, fresh & EXACTLY what I was envisioning when I talked to Brandi and Amber. I am completely blown away at how beautiful my wedding was, especially the hanging arbor that they created for me, and I can't wait to get pictures back so I can look at it every day.One of the flowers I requested (smilax) was something that Brandi and Amber's distributer did not carry and they were not sure if they would be able to get it for the wedding. However, they made it happen and boy was it incredible! Extremely kinda and gracious and lovely to work with. They helped me cover all the bases and achieve the look that I wanted while staying in my tight budget. They even were able to help me pick out less expensive alternatives that looked beautiful. Went in for some flowers for my mom's birthday, they had nothing that you can buy right then and there but Brandi was very helpful. She put together a beautiful arrangement within minutes! Not only was it fast, it was unique and just what I was looking for. I really appreciated the fact that I wasn't turned away for not ordering an arrangement ahead of time. Brandi and Amber were so kind and easy to talk with as soon as we walked in to meet with them. They knew exactly how to bring my vision to life! They did not try to up-sale and we very honest with what flowers they thought were necessary and which weren't when I asked. I got back the initial quote and my aisle decor was more than my very small budget, so they quickly offered suggestions that would fit in my budget. Their suggestions were BEAUTIFUL and I loved the look even more than my original idea! They were so responsive to random requests and changes that arose during the planning process. The flowers were incredible quality. I went to a wedding this year and their boutonnieres and corsages were dead by the end of the night. This DOES NOT happen with flowers from Brandi's! Our flowers were full and breathtaking throughout the whole night. I left some of our roses in their vases while on our honeymoon and they were still gorgeous and thriving when we returned home! I love this place and Brandi the owner! Her flower shop is always so warm and inviting with seasonal decorations! If you are having a bad day and step into her shop for 5 mins it will make you feel less stressed. I always enjoy walking around and seeing the new things in her shop. She is so creative with her decorations and arrangements! There have been many times when I've needed last minute arrangements and it is never an issue. Brandi has even helped me with a last minute arrangement for my mother in laws birthday when her shop was closed! Also she gives back to the community! Brandi has helped make head pieces for shelter dogs to have their photos taken to promote adoption, and she's always donating raffle items to help Franklin county humane society (a local animal rescue group). She has a heart of gold! The first time my husband purchased valentine's day flowers for me he couldn't believe how well priced she was, so he doubled his order!
