When we realized we would be relocating I started to do some homework, and interviewed a few area realtors/firms. Bill just blew the others away. He immediately put us at ease and demonstrated his incredibly strong local knowledge, not to mention he knew my neighbor, people my husband worked with, and so on. It was a no-brainer. Even though we were faced with putting our house on the market "off season" I can say he was always positive and he made sure there was steady traffic in and out of there the entire time.
