I use my 20+ years of experience to help plan and elevate my clients’ careers to the next level.

I've been doing research since studying for my degree in clinical psychology and while acquiring degrees in Applied Research and Organizational Behavior. All of this contributes to the variety of research techniques I use to gain exceptional insights for my clients.

I work by asking the right questions and by providing creative exercises to derive insights, develop action plans and provide feedback needed to help clients discover and make positive changes.
