Branches was the perfect spot for our wedding. The waterfall garden was the perfect setting for our ceremony and then right inside for cocktail hour and the reception! Monica was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it for our special day. Things went very smoothly on the day of and we were beyond happy with our decision to have the wedding at Branches. The whole team there was great and our wedding was wonderful. Branches Catering at Laurita Winery truly did a wonderful job in bringing our wedding to life! It was great to work with everyone throughout the process. Our venue coordinator (BJ) helped us along the way making sure that all details were in order and that the day would run smoothly.

On the actual day, Mike was there to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. He coordinated the rehearsal, took lead on instructing the team on how everything should be set up and made sure that both me and my husband had everything we needed throughout the night. He was constantly on the floor making sure that we were happy and that our guests had everything they needed. We were truly impressed by how wonderful he was without everything throughout the night.

With the help of our vendors, we were able to transform the space into the wedding venue of our dreams! We're so happy with the way everything turned out that day. More...

Visited Branches to celebrate a special even with my church. Nice sized venue that could comfortably seat 100-150 ppl.5/5 stars for the staff who were very attentive to our needs. Menu: (I'm not sure of all their options, can only comment on what was served at our event)The salmon, penne vodka, string beans and chicken parm where very good. Laurita Winery and Branches Catering truly made our wedding day spectacular. Our guests could not stop talking about the beautiful, warm, and unique atmosphere of the winery and the outstanding food. The food on our wedding day was just as well-prepared as it was during our tasting...quite a feat for a 165-person wedding! We worked with Billie Jo from Branches...she is so talented and truly made our day. What I found most touching/meaningful is that, at numerous points throughout our wedding day, she pulled me aside to remind me to stop and take time to appreciate our decor, our displays, and the night in general. I couldn't have asked for a more capable person to work with and she truly helped to create the wedding of our dreams. Branches was the perfect venue to hold our wedding! We had both the ceremony and reception at Branches. Mayra, the wedding coordinator worked with my husband and I through every detail. She was so flexible even when Hurricane Matthew altered seating arrangements and ceremony location very last minute. She took the stress out of the day completely. Branches had GREAT food, all the guests raved about it. They were willing to let us bring in our own decorations and customize our wedding totally. Branches, Mayra, and the wait staff were so great! We booked Branches for their venue and catering in West Long Branch. I need to start off my review with saying that Monica and Robbie literally saved our wedding day. We had some hiccups along the way but once I had my new all star team with Monica and Robbie - they really pulled out all the stops to make the day perfect. I'm not sure how he pulled it off but Robbie promised me no rain and was able to pull in a favor with the weather gods to make sure it was a beautiful day. Their team was super attentive to our needs all night long. The food... serious hats off to the chef! I have never been to a wedding where people complimented the food so much. Two weeks later and people are still talking about it. Unintentionally the floorplan had a few high top tables in the bar area and guests complimented how there was so much space for the children at our wedding to run around in that area and play without getting in the way of the other guests (highly recommend this for others with kids at their wedding!) It made me as the bride so happy to know my guests were so happy. I wish I had the chance to work with Monica from the beginning because she has the right amount of sass to keep up with me and has this presence to put all your nervous energy aside and keeping you smiling. Michael and I are elated that we chose Branches as our wedding venue! When you first drive up the venue doesn’t look that big, but once you’re inside the sprawling ranch flow is unique and welcomed! The space is clean, and odor free with different areas for smoking placed strategically around the outside of the building. All my guests RAVED about the food and drinks. Monica set up my different DIY projects so well that people were complimenting the venue on them… thinking it was their props! Everyone had plenty of space to sit and mingle, and they even had some cornstalks and pumpkins to add to my rustic theme. Joe, our Maître D, was AMAZING; he kept the liquor coming and made sure that my husband, our parents, and me never had a want or care the whole night. Overall, we had an interesting journey with Branches, but we wouldn’t change it for the world! We originally booked our wedding venue in 2015 with Holly. Our wedding date was 10/07/2017; clearly, we had some time before we had to plan anything. From when we booked, we worked with Holly, Mayra, and then Monica. Now most brides would consider that problematic, but it wasn’t! Holly set up the groundwork, Mayra met with me in late 2016 to introduce herself, and to fill in the timeline of when they needed the little nuance details. When Mayra went on maternity leave, she left me in Monica’s capable hands. Monica met with us a week before to go over the final preparation of the day, we met Joe, and we were able to drop off a majority of our supplies. She then met with my mom and I the Thursday before to allow us to finish prepping the centerpieces. On my wedding day itself Branches was transformed!! I know it sounds cliché… but I consider the whole group of them extended family. The next day, we were even invited back for a Beer Garden Brunch! I had several events over the years at Branches, and will definitely continue.
The food is so delicious never have to worry about overly salty food. Meats and fish just so fresh and tender. They take time with you and give you exactly what you requested whether it is food choices or table arrangements, variety color choices for table cloths and napkins. I am so grateful to Branches my parties was always very successful and they played important part of it ,

My daughter's wedding at Branches on September 19th was a beautiful affair. The ceremony was held in the beautiful courtyard. The cocktail hour was spread into two rooms. We received many compliments on the food and service which was

We just recently got married at Branches this past weekend and I cannot say enough great things about the venue, the manager John, our coordinator Holly, the staff & the food! !! It was truly the most amazing day of our lives and Branches made it that much more special for us! We got married in the outdoor waterfall garden which was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend it. Our cocktail hour was out of this world and then we chose to have a buffet for the simple fact that we didn't want guests to be in their seats for a long amount of time; which sit down dinners tend to do. This worked out wonderful and ran smoothly and quickly. This allowed everyone to dance the night away! Holly was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so patient, hard working, accommodating and had wonderful ideas/suggestions. She was a BIG help and we can't thank her enough for all that she did. The staff was wonderful to work with as well and they were very sweet too! We are more than happy with Branches and we highly recommend it to anyone that is getting married or hosting any type of event. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect!!! I can't say enough great things about Branches! Besides having a great experience at Easter bunch, I had my company's work holiday party there. Everything from the food, presentation, service, management was excellent. Monica the catering manager was amazing to work with! She was so flexible and accommodating to anything I ask for or needed. This venue went above and beyond to do my MONDAY wedding. The place isn't even scheduled to be opened Monday's and I was turned away from many venues due to the day of the week I wanted, but it was my dads birthday and since he wasn't there physically, I wanted his spirit to be there in as much strength as possible! They worked with me and called after my initial request wasn't received due to a problem with my email and continued to follow up as my mind changed of theme. I came in from Ohio so I couldn't do the traditional timeline suggested but they made all the requests happened via email and the two visits I could make to the venue ahead of time. Things couldn't have been more perfect. I had some difficult moments and they were 100% patient and took care of everything. The price was also accommodating considering I was having such a small wedding. I'm so glad I chose Branches. People loved the food and thought it was a great place and worth the travel for the service! Big thanks to Holly for putting up with all my long distance requests and the last minute pep talk! Book Laurita and Branches now!!! Let me start by saying that my husband and I fell in love with Laurita Winery and Branches Catering before our first meeting was over. We knew instantly that this was the place for our wedding. We were planning for only a 6 month engagement AND we live in another state (family is in NJ) Our first meeting with BJ from Branches helped us quell any uncertainties we had. She was the ONLY venue vendor I spoke to that didn't make a remark or discourage planning a same year wedding in 6 months. She was confident and assured me that it was totally doable!! From the moment we booked she was easy to reach via texting or email. I feel like BJ was my unofficial wedding planner! She just helped me so much to be organized, and make sure I had things done on time to have a perfect day. No question was silly and she had so many suggestions from decor to set up. She understood our wedding vision and was able to create beautiful spreads for cocktail hour and dessert display utilizing wooden charges, burlap, and other decor she had for an amazing rustic look. She even lit fire pits for the reception for guests that wanted to enjoy the outdoors.
The food was delicious, and everything we asked for was presented to a T.
The day of, Mike, the maitre d was out of this world! Truly!! Even my "type A" mother raved about him, that says something! He was so efficient in making sure our wedding ran smoothly. He ensured that our ceremony started on time to prevent losing too much light, and organized everyone efficiently. During the reception he made sure my husband and I had food and drinks at all times.
It is hard to even find the words for how amazing BJ, Mike, and the team of Branches catering is. Our day was AMAZING!! literally nothing went wrong and everything was picture perfect. My husband and I are so happy!

The winery itself is beautiful and speaks for itself upon a visit. But the work of Mike and BJ before and during my wedding day is what made everything truly special. My guests had a great time and can't stop raving about the food and venue. I cannot recommend Branches and Laurita enough! To make it even better I love that we can come back to visit at any time and relive our wonderful wedding day.

My daughter's wedding at Bayonet Farm in Holmdel was fabulous last Sunday, October 16th, and the Branches team was absolutely one of the many reasons! The food was excellent and well presented, the staff was personable and professional, the bartenders and the servers were super, and every other member of the Branches team with whom I had interaction, both during set up and decorating Saturday, and the wedding itself on Sunday, seemed to genuinely care that my daughter's wedding would turn out to be all she dreamed it to be. No fewer than six people remarked to me this week that it was some of the best wedding food they had ever eaten! I was impressed with everything and everyone!
