With our data-driven system and collection of over 60 visual tools, the simple and repeatable processes are the ways to have consistently high-performing teams and a healthy workplace culture. As the Founder of Braindom LLC, one of Joanne's most fruitful accomplishments was developing and implementing systems to foster sustainable and effective team communication and management throughout the different departments of the company.

With 10 years of organization development and management experience, Joanne strongly believe in developing and empowering my teams to bring their unique contribution to the organization. Through her team’s contribution and collaboration, her leadership and accomplishments were recognized on a National level as IKEA FOOD Manager:
• Achieved top 3 in the US for sales index
• #1 in US for Customer Satisfaction
• Top 5 departments in the store for Employee Satisfaction
• Created and implemented an efficient ordering system and process to minimize cost, meet forecast demands, and increase productivity. She partnered with corporate to implement the tool through all stores in the US

Being known as the Community Connector, Joanne is involved in various non-profit organizations and community events. She currently serves as President of the Ambassadors for the local Chamber of Commerce and President for the non-profit, National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), Los Angeles Chapter. Through her volunteer leadership roles, she acts as the liaison between the members and the organizations she serve.
