Troy is a smart guy and gets it! Enough said! If you leave the brain emphasis out of training you are missing potential achievements and opening the door for weakness, injury and underperforming!

I found Troy because I wanted to get out of pain and on with my life after yet another accident that accentuated old trauma to my neck. When I was living with neck pain and headaches I tried massage, facia release, energy work, acupuncture, chiropractic 3x a week, reflexology, Chinese herbs and more. As a result of working with Troy I have been pain and symptom free for 3 months now. I no longer need to go to the chiropractor, have no pain in my neck and sleep much better than I have in years. Troy truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them function at a high level. I would recommend Troy, Brain Based FitnessRx and ZHealth for anyone and everyone from high school athletes to my grandma. His methods work!! More...

I've known Troy for less than a year, yet in the time I've had him as a personal coach and as a consultant on difficult cases. I am continually amazed by the depth and breadth of his multidisciplinary knowledge and his ability to resolve incredibly complex issues. He has self-assured and confident manner that makes you feel listened to and involved. He is a very good listener and communicator and is able to explain complex issues in ways that are easily understood.

I recommend Troy without reservation and believe him to be one of the very best neurology based practitioners and health consultants out there.

Troy Dodson knows the brain as well as anyone. If you are looking to improve your daily function, then you need to schedule a session. I’ve seen him drastically improve athletic performance for professional and college athletes, as well as weekend warriors and average Joe’s. Great facility, great information, and a great person. Before I spoke with Troy I was searching frantically for answers concerning my grandaughters potential diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Her doctor ran some blood tests after we noticed some changes that she was going through and came back with this diagnosis.

Now I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 18 years, and I’ve seen some amazing things accomplished by taking natural approaches to different ailments. With the help of Troy he was able to help me sort out and identify what some of the potential blood markers meant and possible causes of them. And now we can consider some natural approaches along with her doctors recommendations to help alleviate her condition.

Using his functional diagnostic skills, he helped not only give me advice on what to look at, but really put my and my family’s brains at ease knowing that there could be a root cause for the issues that my granddaughter is experiencing that didn’t seem to be considered by her doctor.

I highly recommend taking a look through a functional nutrition lens at your nutritional approach or issues that seem to not be cured by conventional approaches. Speak with Troy to find out what you may be missing.
