I can not recommend NeuroFeedback enough!! For all the money I’ve ever spent on my health and wellness- NeuroFeedback is by far the most phenomenal! While there is no quick fixes if one will stay with the treatments you should be able to fix a lot of issues, but should start seeing results immediately. I’m going to be vulnerable and open and say, NeuroFeedback is the ONLY thing I’ve ever tried that helped me so I was no longer suicidal (which I’d fought for over 30 years!!). There are no harmful side effects (like drugs) and while results can’t be guaranteed (nothing is 100% effective to everyone) I believe it’s helpful for everyone. So whether you want to help with ADD, depression, autism, TBIs, anything brain related- this is what I would recommend (rather than wasting tens of thousands on everything else under the sun). The staff at Brain and wellness are very caring and knowledgeable. You will also have to do your part- good nutrition, proper supplements etc! I highly recommend! More...

This place is amazing, I’m middle aged person who has problems focusing, ocd, anxiety and I have tried counseling, and this has done wonders for me, Renee and Becca are super amazing and very helpful. Excellent staff and facility! Renee et team (Becca) are skilled therapists who know their craft exceptionally well. Have been using neurofeedback for the last 2 yrs and have seen significant improvement on my mental aptitude - which has resulted in increased focus, calm and decreased stress levels. True benefits have been work-related: increased productivity without burnout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR OVERALL WELL-BEING!!! Treatment planning was completely individualized and not some "generic" formula that treats one size fits all. I write this review first and foremost as a patient but also as a mother, wife and therapist! I was actually feeling quiet desperate for relief from my migraine and tension headaches when I came upon Renee and staff at the Brain and Wellness Center. I had been cut off from my Botox treatments for migraines by insurance and feeling absolutely uncertain about what to do next for relief, heard about neurofeedback. I was shocked as a professional that I hadn't heard sooner. Once into the treatment, I found not only relief from tension headaches and migraines, but that my mood and sleep have tremendously improved!! Reflecting on the treatment then allowed me to see that the benefits would extend to my children, who were struggling with anxiety and focus/ attention issues in school. They were not benefitting as much from traditional therapy, and have absolutely LOVED Ms. Renee and I have quickly seen benefits from neurofeedback! My husband is suffering from insomnia and mood issues, and having seen the results in his family, is now willing to seek treatment as well from the center.
