Through creating both long and short term goals with them and discussing what needs to be done to reach those goals in their specified time frame.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no "quick fix" to getting the body of your dreams. If you want it, you have to work for it. Days become weeks and weeks become months and eventually the lifestyle you live will lead to the body you deserve.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy building trust with my clients. Knowing i have a client's trust in what we're trying to accomplish is as satisfying for me as reaching the goal is for my client.
