Bow Wow Care 101

My dog loves this place. Never got upset. We were worry because the last place he got weird and slept for 3 days ( just eat and sleep)But the last 2 years that we know about you guys "Bow Wow Care" he feels excited for see this place everytime when we can bring him with us.Thank you guys. :)

We love Bow Wow Care 101!!! My two pups have been going for over a year now when we go out of town.  They both come home happy and not sick, which is huge! ! They used to come home sick from previous boarding facilities.  My lab is 12 and he especially does well at Bow Wow.  He has always had high anxiety when we have boarded him.  Makes us happy when we know our pups are in good care.  We like the daily pictures of them too!! Only place in orange county that has been able to groom my cat without getting him infected with ringworm, taken him there a few times now and I always leave satisfied, bets groomers in south oc in my opinion.

Noriko and Scott have not only made the place much nicer, but also provided our sweet pitbull Marley with wonderful care. At one point, we had to be away a lot, and they sent us pictures every day . I boarded my high maintenance senior dachshund, Tucker, here for 5 nights. I rented him the private room, up front, due to the enclosed ceiling. It was pricey - $69 a night but worth it, in my opinion. This room was larger and quieter then the smaller areas in the back. The owners sent me daily pictures/update which gave me peace of mind. They gave him a free bath due to the amount of nights he stayed. It was most important to me that Tucker be walked outside on the grass several times a day. Bow Wow sent me pictures of Tucker outside walking. I will definitely use them again. More...

My husky means everything to me so when I go away on a trip I want to know that she's in good hands- as I'm sure all of us do. Each day that I was gone the staff sent me several pictures of Zana so I could see she was happy and being active with the rest of the pups. Drop off and pick up was smooth and since I have the whistle 3 (gps tracker) I was able to see she was getting plenty of exercise each day. I'll be bringing Zana back whenever I have to leave again. Took my Winnie dog back this weekend for a couple nights boarding, due to travel plans for a future college for my son. While out I received several text photos and messages, showing how Winnie was adjusting, and it was clear to see she was having fun playing with the other dogs, inside as well as outside too. So glad I found this place and, along with my previous review for a grooming, I would definitely recommend them for boarding your animals as well. We stopped by one afternoon to check the place out as a potential place to board our dogs and asked if we could see the kennel.  The place was immaculate - with no smell of day old urine or feces.  The kennels that had dogs were also neat and clean.We ended up boarding our two small dogs here for 4 days.When we picked them up they were happy and clean.Thanks for caring for Parker and Pebbles - will see you the next time we head out of town. This was my first time having my dog stayed at Bow wow care. I am glad to say I made the right decision. At other facilities my dog used to come home acting a bit strange and having upset stomach for the first few days after he came back home but this time he came home being happy, playful and even disciplined in perfect health condition. From his behavior I could just tell how Bow wow took really good care of him with much attention and caring. Our dog doesn't "play well with others", but everyone at Bow Wow was wonderful making sure she still got play time, time outside and human affection. They welcomed us for a tour prior to bringing our dog the first time and requested detailed paperwork that made us feel comfortable they really wanted to know our dog and what worked best for her. We always feel at ease when dropping off Jessie with Horiko and her staff. The service is excellent for boarding and grooming. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly. We have been bringing our 4 month old here for three weeks now. We searched high and low for the perfect spot and Bow Wow Care was it. The team is extremely sweet and my pup is excited to go play when we get there. Our pup has fun, but I don't feel he's being overly exerted...as in he has time to also rest while here. We originally took our puppy Yoshi to Bow Wow Care 101 because the price was very reasonable but we absolutely fell in love with the place and would recommend it to any dog parent The staff is so nice and always excited to see Yoshi. Noriko and Scot and the rest of the staff take great care for him. We use the dog day care package to take Yoshi a few times a week while we at at work (so he wouldn't chew up the furniture) and he gets so excited to go now. It's great socialization and provides a place for him to use his puppy energy during the day!The staff sends us picture and video updates everyday so we can see the fun that Yoshi is having!Absolutely recommend for doggy day care! We just went to Bow Wow Care 101 for the first time to board our two dogs.  Both are older, one is a lab and the other is a bichon.  The last time we had boarded them at our usual place, they both came back sick.   We were in great need of a new kennel!  We can't say enough great things about Bow Wow Care 101!! The facility is very clean and the staff is so nice!  Our pups both had such a great time!! Every day they texted me photos of them playing and hanging out.  It was such a nice touch to keep in touch with our pups and to see how they were doing.  It's been a couple of days since we've been home and neither dog seems sick.  We are very pleased with Bow Wow Care 101 and will continue to us them for our boarding needs! Bow Wow Care 101 is a great place for your pet to stay when you can't take him/her with you. Our thick coated dog didn't want to walk on a hot summer afternoon and they let us know. This place saved us! If you call u better ask for Scott! Scott came thru huge for us. We were on vacation when our dog sitter bailed on us the first day of vacation. We panicked. We called and talked to Scott. He was very professional and put us at ease. So easy to work with. They took our dog and processed everything without us being there. He took so much stress off of us that we were able to enjoy our vacation. Huge props to Scott and Bow Wow! Truly impressed. Will be our new dog day care for sure. I came to Bow Wow Care 101 for the first time this past weekend with our 11 month American Eskimo, Mumu.  We did a one night boarding.  First off, Scott was so kind and informative over the many phone calls we had prior to us coming.  Once we got there, he helped us get all the paperwork ready for Mumu's first night.  The place was really clean, indoors (great for the hot summer), and cozy.  They take the dogs out on small walks to go to the bathroom and have people watching them at all times when playing.  The kennel's were also big and cozy, so I had no worries.  They sent us multiple pictures of Mumu and giving status updates of how he was doing, so we didn't have to worry.Bow Wow Care seems to be a newer daycare but my experience was great.  We were able to drop off Mumu in the morning on Saturday and pick him up in the late afternoon Sunday for his one night of boarding which was great for our schedule.  The prices are extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner. Bow Wow Care is an amazing place for dogs. We love this place! We have two huskies and they get so excited every time we take them to daycare, that they jump out of the car. The staff is really caring and professional. Noriko and Scott really love animals and they take good care of them. It is a relief to have a fabulous place to bring our dogs. We left them last week for five days and Noriko was always giving us updates of our dogs. We usually leave our dogs with a private home sitter, but they had an emergency, so we left them at Bow Wow Care 101. When we went to visit the first time you could tell it was different from other kennels we had used. It's small, so they can give the dogs individual attention. And it's very clean. They sent us pictures every day, mostly of the walks they take them on. The dogs got to go to Doggie Daycare, so they didn't get bored. Noriko, Scot and all the staff were very good with our 2 dogs. My wife and I were heading out of town for a few days, so we needed a place to board our little poodle mix, Emon.Emon is not our dog, but we are taking care of him until he clears quarantine to go back to Japan. We were concerned about how he would take yet another separation from first, his owner, and second, those who were caring for him.Emon exhibited signs of not getting along with other dogs too, which was a concern.We couldn't have been happier with the care he received at Bow Wow Care 101. Noriko and staff were great from the first day, and we received daily photos showing Emon happy and playing with the other dogs. Our dog loves coming here now. She never got along with other dogs but now she hangs out in the play room with many of them. My dog has never loved going to the kennel, but when she goes to Bow Wow Care, she's much happier than anywhere else. I love that I feel like she is being looked after as well as if she is home with me.
