Best PT experience ever, no kidding! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone. I really thought I was going to be stuck in pain when I threw my back out right as this whole pandemic hit here in the US and everything locked down. She’s the best listener and has helped me so much ♥️ More...

Sarah is not only the sweetest and most genuine human out there, she also cares deeply about whatever issue you present to her. She is an active listener and will work WITH you to help you get back to 100%. I don't know many physical therapists who will work WITH you, instead of just working on you. She has a plan for every problem and will go out of here way to make you healthy and happy! More...

I recently went to see Sarah for some knee issues I was having during marathon training. She was able to quickly find root of the problem and gave me exercises to help strengthen the muscle imbalances causing the issue. She also gave me advice moving forward in my training on how to not agitate the issue further. You can tell she really cares for her patients and gives excellent advice to keep her patients doing the activities they love! I highly recommend Sarah for all your physical therapy needs!! More...

Sarah is one of the nicest humans you'll find in Boulder. The fact that she's also a runner makes her even more of a gem in this communicity. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a brilliant, knowledgable, and enthusiastic PT, regardless of your age, athletic abilities, or location. She's amazing! More...

I’ve worked with a lot of physical therapists over the years and Sarah is one of the very best. She worked to find the root cause of my foot/ankle issues and she was creative to modify exercises or make suggestions due to other congenital biomechanical issues I have. She’s also extremely responsive and accessible for follow up questions. I would definitely recommend Sarah to any athlete looking to prehab or rehab an injury. More...

I recently visited Sarah and CSPT when I was concerned about a foot injury after running a half marathon and hiking a lot. She is so knowledgeable and excited to help anyone that walks in the door, regardless of how minor the injury is or how silly the question may seem. Sarah is passionate about PT and the athletes she treats (being a runner herself) and will work hard to get every patient back out there as quickly as possible. More...

Sarah Ceschin is absolutely fantastic with athletes. She's careful to not get tunnel vision or assume anything, and is consistently able to identify strength imbalances and injuries quickly so that you can start the process of healing (or staying healthy). I cannot recommend her highly enough, she's worked her magic on me on multiple occasions and keeps me ready to perform at a high level. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit and keep enjoying your sport injury free. More...

Excellent for injury prevention and super excellent for injury recovery. Short version - Dr. Sarah Ceschin was able to diagnose and and help heal an injury I was sure would prevent me from being active and run a marathon I had been training for. I was back to 95% within a few weeks of being treated by her. Not short version - In the fall of 2018 while training for the California International Marathon (CIM) I developed an pain in my shin, which was odd because I had not had any shin issues in years. I tried massage, exercises and of course Google. The pain grew steadily worse and I asked my running group for recommendations. Dr. Sarah Ceschin, who runs with our group, was mentioned. I went to see her, described my issue and showed her the swelling on my shin. She immediately turned her attention to my calf, pressed a few muscles and the pain was quickly reduced. I saw Sarah on a weekly basis for the next month. She had me work on strength and flexibility. I was able to have a great race at CIM about a month after that, running a 2:58. I do not believe that have happened without Dr. Ceschin knowledge and professionalism. - Paul Harris 52 years old. More...

I have had the privilege of attending several strength training clinics and fun runs planned and led by the wonderful Sarah Ceschin! Sarah is not only a skilled and highly knowledgable PT, but also has a genuine passion for working with people. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed Sarah providing strengthening exercises and helpful tips for recovery to injured friends and members of various running groups. As an avid runner and athlete herself, Sarah understands people's desire to get back to their physical activity as quickly as possible, and truly cares about helping them do so. Sarah brings a wonderful energy and sense of positivity to her work, and anyone would be lucky to work with Sarah as their PT!! More...
