What inspired you to start your own business?
My Mother had me cooking at 5 years old and my Father was a serial entrepreneur owning 3 businesses by the time he was 17 years old. So please of inspiration at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have always been a very clean workplace and just continued to do it. We wore gloves before anyone else and our kitchen is probably cleaner than the hospital OR. Unlike other food businesses we thrived during COVID coming up with a plan to get us through the pandemic
