Wonderful people! We live in FL, but my son, visiting relatives in Hanson, was on a delayed flight into Logan and wouldn't arrive til after 1:30 am. I didn't want him taking any taking public transport so late, so googled car services. After calling 6 other companies - all of which either laughed or stopped taking reservations after 5 pm (really?!) - I stumbled onto Boston Town Car. It was such a pleasure to work with Boston town car company. We interacted with Mac, very professional, very responsible and very accountable. He guided us with all the right information. We did shop around for a qquote and there's were the best. The minivan arrived sharp on time. The bus was clean. The driver very courteous. He played all our songs and was a great sport.I give them a 5 thumbs up. And I say Mac exceeds all expectations!!!!! We will engage them again very soon. More...

Excellent service. Always on time and very very accommodating. Since last summer I've been using them on a weekly basis, my elderly mother lives in Brookline and can no longer drive. They're great.
