I found the design staff to be knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. My designer was happy to take as much time as I needed to present different fabric combinations until I was satisfied. Additionally, the staff was so nice to my six year old daughter who joined me that day. They gave her bottled water, things to draw with, and even encouraged her to try out the mattresses. Overall, I think the magic about Boston interiors is the combination of reasonable prices and quality. We looked at many of the big stores and found so many landing on one or other end of the extreme. In comparison, everything at Boston Interiors seemed priced right and none of it was crazy expensive museum pieces or low end faux furniture. We also had a super helpful and friendly sales person. She took the time to model out our room so we could see if the couch we liked would fit. Great experience. We will go back for whatever else we need. More...

The same Sales Associate Serene answered the phone (whom helped me with my first purchase in the store) and was once again friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After a month of looking for dining room chairs online, never knowing the quality or lack thereof, and going to the major furniture retailer (couldn’t find anything but “Trisha Yearwood” chairs) and a nice very high end ($1,000/chair), we were disillusioned to say the least. In order to exhaust all options, and not having found what we were looking for, we when to Boston Interiors. I was immediately impressed by the layout of the store, and even more impressed by the people in it. Knowledgeable, friendly, there to help but knew when to give us space, we settled on two chair options, but we knew we were going to buy one or the other. Honestly, I gave in to my wife, and we bought some beautiful chairs that should be here before thanksgiving. I cannot recommend Boston Interiors enough.
