My name is Henvlurena Goncalves, owner of Boston Eco Pro Contracting Inc. Please allow me this opportunity to introduce myself and my company, BEC. First and foremost I want to thank you in advance for your time and your consideration. My company offers an abundance of services that are combined for any task at hand, customizing services to the needs of individual companies, customers or project owner/managers. We offer both residential and commercial services; specializing in building and janitorial services including but not limited to daily maintenance and janitorial services, move in/out deep cleaning, pre and post construction cleaning, demolition, drywall, painting, carpentry, floor wax and stripping, fire & water restoration, mold remediation cleaning and its follow-up reconstruction.
BEC has become a reliable, dependable and quality production sub-contractor for construction companies, disaster restoration companies, and property management companies for the New England region. We currently serve as vendors for Paul Davis Restoration Inc., Time Savers Construction Inc., 24 Restore, GTI Property Management, USM/EMCOR Building Maintenance, and BAMSY office buildings. We also have many residential properties that we service. We have 30 full time employees and we can provide up to 40 additional per diem workers as needed. We have on call teams that can assist and respond at any location for any services needed. My company has access to floor machines such as, carpet shampooing machines, floor buffers and auto scrubbers and can provide services such as floor stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning.
The principles that made us successful here in Boston for 5 years are the same ones that are driving our growth and is one of our core values – we hire professionals at every level and we are raising and resetting the bar for sub-contracting in our industry. We work closely with our clients to provide a rate that is within their budget to ensure that the customer stays within their projected margin. Our customers say they would hire us again 100% OF THE TIME.
My company is bonded and insured with a $2 million dollar insurance policy with $5 million umbrella insurance and workmen’s comp. insurance. I have included a copy of our insurance certificate for you review. We can acquire a certificate specific to your company within 24 hours should you decide to use us as a vendor.
