The positive reviews are accurate! I've been looking for a good colorist in Alpharetta and am so glad to have found Borrelli's Salon and Aryana. Two attempts at another salon left my blonde roots brassy, but Aryana gave me exactly the color I asked for. I've been highlighting my hair for over 20 years and it was clear right away that she knows what she is doing. She was thorough yet quick at applying the color and foils. Oh my I've finally found the salon for me! I have been searching for a few years for a hairdresser who gets my thick curly hair since we moved down south. I have been with Nancy for most of the last 19 years. When I moved to several other locations around Atlanta, I unsuccessfully tried other stylists without good results. Borrelli's is the best salon that I found in the area. When I moved here from Fairfax County Virginia I tried three other salons before Borelli's and definitely found this salon to be the best. I wanted a certain color and no other stylist got it right before Amy. She got the exact color I wanted the first time I saw her. She also gives an excellent cut. Borrelli's Salon in Alpharetta is fantastic! Toni has been cutting/styling my hair for years (I followed her to Borrelli's from a previous salon). She is the best....a master stylist and colorist! Everyone is incredibly nice here! Unlike other salons, Borrelli's goes the extra mile---they offer you a water or soda when you arrive, and they give you a head and neck massage while your hair is shampooed...etc. I had never had a bad experience here, nor have I ever seen one. Most people probably don't think too much about the place where they get their hair cut. For me? I have been going to Borrelli's Salon for many years now. They always do a great job. I always leave looking and feeling great. I used to see Amy who did such a wonderful job with my highlights. I now see Cassidy who listens carefully to what I want and remembers each time I come in. She both cuts and colors my hair and her advice is always spot on. After being told that you have cancer and will need chemo, many women, myself included, fear the inevitable hair loss. My oncologist's nurse provided me with a brochure for ways to cope with this particular aspect of treatment - wigs, hats, scarves, etc. I was greeted warmly and felt completely at ease with Julie. She helped me make a decision about a wig that I'm almost looking forward to using! I also found an assortment of scarves and hats that will make treatment much more tolerable. Aryanna is amazing, she always makes my hair look great, is very personable and I've sent others to her that are also always very pleased even though their hair is very different from mine. The staff there is very gracious and welcoming, always greeting clients as they enter, asking if they can get you something to drink when you come in even if you only have a minute or two until you will be taken back by your hairdresser. They have a connected Salon that caters to people with special hair needs , for example, if they are having chemotherapy, if they have lost their hair and need natural looking hair pieces or full wigs, etc. I have seen them cut hair for everything from four-year-old boys and teenage men going for job interviews to" little old ladies" who look younger, and fresher, after their haircut/styling.
