How long have you been in business?
Born in Boston in 2020, we have picked Jacksonville as the location for our second branch in the East Coast. We’re the new and smartest solution to have a sparkling clean home.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! All of our cleaners have top tier cleaning supplies, but if you prefer them to use yours, we can absolutely do as required.
What do you love most about your job?
My passion for excellence was the core value that started out my business. I faithfully believe that our environment determines our development and success in the most important aspects in our lives: health, family and work. And that definitely starts at home. I, as an entrepreneurial woman and leader of my household, know, by own experience, that being in charged of my own business and have a sparkling clean home while still taking care of my loved ones is a difficult and tiring thing to do. This is exactly why I dreamed, planned and decided to create a friendly platform that will let you, as our customer, match with a trusted, experienced and background checked cleaning professional, backed up by a support team committed to give you high quality customer service and fast problem solving responses. All carefully thought for you to be able to focus your entire energy on your loved ones and other priorities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our founders have 2 years of experience in the residential and commercial cleaning field in the West Coast of the United States, 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing field and a lifetime passion for entrepreneurship. COVID-19 gave them the opportunity to realize the importance of a company´s customers and workers happiness and safety, and that led them to build a committed to excellence cleaning company which for them means that their company, started, is and will be an organization based on attention to details and value for human resources.
So our formula is kind of simple: customers get outstanding results on their homes, cleaners are paid and appropriate wage and Ally Home Services get a smile from both.
