Tracey does something so magical, it's hard to explain. It's almost deeper than a massage, in that she preserves the integrity of the self. It feels like she slowly starts to take the muscles apart on my back, very quietly, until I relax and just give up. I don't like deep work (which she can do) but she easily adapted to my needs of much lighter work. Highly recommend! More...

If you are looking for an excellent, professionally done massage, Tracey at Bonsai Bodyworks cant be beat. She is incredibly talented at Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and many other massage modalities.
