Bonnie was nice in our one conversation but after that it was not a good experience. She stopped responding to me aside from one text message to tell me she was out of town. When I asked her when I could expect the work to be completed, she gave me a week timeline. When the week ended, she ghosted me. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was laid off in 2010 and decided to go back to school so I could run my own business.

I work for many of my clients online. Especially for tax season. I have a secure server to make sure all clients work is private.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Switching more clients to remote basis. Tax prep when in person I make sure we are 6 feet away.
