What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There is no secret, because taking a great photograph shouldn't be a secret! The answer is simple, listen to the client and then use your talent, your eye, your gear and light to materialize your client's idea.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Asking a client for a few samples of photographs they area crazy about (anything from the internet, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) can help us narrow down client's taste and ultimately deliver a better product in the end.
