Bollywood Grill

Got catering for a big family event with 50+ people on the Fourth of July. The owner suggested some items that would work well, followed up with me a few days before the event, and delivered all the trays into my dining room. He made sure to accommodate for nut allergies in all the dishes. Also provided chicken nuggets and fries for the kiddos. The food was a hit! We just ate take-out and daughter asked if we can rate Bollywood with 5 stars. So, we are. She loved the rice, the lassi and the donuts. The adults also loved everything.

Perfect to dip your soft, fluffy garlic naan in. It was a perfect mild spice, to my tastes. The paneer was a bit salty, but was tasty. Lots of cheese chunks.
