After being super disappointed to find out my hair stylist left the salon I had been going to - on a whim I purchased a Groupon to Bollo Salon. I was introduced to Rob, who really took the time to ask me what I was looking for in terms of color and cut. We looked at pictures together, he gave me input, and I immediately felt comfortable - which is difficult when trusting a new hairstylist you're just meeting. I have been doing highlights in my hair since I was 16 years old (I'm in my 30's now) - and when I say this is the most amazing color of my life, I mean it. Rob is truly an artist. He did a single process to hide my nasty greys (best single process of my life - it looks perfect), and then balayage painting. My hair looks INCREDIBLE! I have received so many compliments in just the two days since getting it done. What I'm even more impressed with in terms of this salon, is the comradery of the whole staff. Everyone helps each other, gives advice. I will 100% be back. I'm actually getting married in March, so to find someone I trust with color for that is HUGE. Beyond thrilled with Bollo. I won a gc at a tricky tray for some blow outs and asked them 2 years later if I could still use. .. They said sure no problem. I said can I use for a hair cut instead... They said sure no problem. Had the best haircut...nailed my inspiration picture to a T....and then told me I still have a balance to be used next time on my gift card. Joelle is insanely talented! Before my wedding, she colored and highlighted my long and thick hair to perfection. I thought I was hooked then!
A few months later, After struggling with temporary hair loss from telogen effluvium, Joelle managed to provide me with a color, cut, and style that blended my remaining hair with my NEW incoming hair growth! You would never know that 8 months prior, I lost almost 50% of my hair!

Went to Bollo today for a cut, partial highlights and a blowout. I was nervous being my first time but the owner introduced himself to me and was warm and welcoming. Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Bollo Salon yesterday afternoon. Agnes, the hair stylist, gave me a terrific haircut and a beautiful blow out. I followed Agnes from her previous salon because I was so fond of her skills and am glad that she landed at Bollo. It is stylish and comfortable and I am treated like a special guest every time I visit. From the receptionists to the technicians to the stylists, everyone is friendly and helpful. Jessica, Debbie, and Colista, among others, also give great service, really listening to what I would like and working hard to deliver.
