Our lunch stop during a day trip to Red Lodge. Nice atmosphere, great staff and a good selection on the menu. My husband said it was the best cheeseburger he' s had in a long time! Great food, great margaritas and a unique fun atmosphere that is endearing and authentic. Who knew Mexican food went hand in hand with a 1930ish (? ) actor, and a small western town, but it does. Definitely come early - they don't take reservations and there is almost always a wait. Bogarts has many booths and the tables so no matter your comfort level with distance there is a place for you. We are an older couple who have been to Bogarts over 50 times in the last 30 years....with our kids & now grands & their families. It has changed over the years, but always for the better & last night we hit the jackpot for staff friendliness, great service (Danielle), Â & delicious Mexican fair. Super place! To begin with the wait staff was super friendly and very professional. We walked in about 30 minutes before closing and Mia was like " it's cool, you have plenty of time". How cool is that, you hardly ever have people like that on a Monday! She sat us down and Canyon came over and helped us select the meal. My son had the Ruby pizza(she actually visited while we ate) I had the sour cream enchiladas and the wife had the Bogart renello. Man this has been an awesome restaurant. Believe it or not, there is an amazing restaurant in Red Lodge that I would rank equally to similar style​ restaurants in Seattle or Portland. The margaritas​ are made exactly the way you want and they definitely hit the spot.  We had a buffet-style​ meal so we had an opportunity to try a couple of​ different plates.  Chips and salsa are great as well as the tacos. They have inside and outside seating and the service was quick and very professional. I couldn't force dessert, but we had neighbors that had a Mexican Brownie... WOW!  Looked amazing.  If you're in Red Lodge, this deserves a stop for sure! More...

This place is wonderful! We drove into Red Lodge after a Beartooth Highway drive, ending up in town at 8:45pm. Not much is open at that time - especially in the off season. Luckily we found Bogart's on the main street.They were so friendly and welcoming. They put out 3 bowls of chips and 5 salsas for 5 of us. We got their fried pickles (fantastic!), guacamole (fresh and yummy), quesadilla, coconut shrimp tacos and a shrimp enchilada a friend and I were splitting.The food was very hot...and great! (Like, so hot we truly couldn't touch the plates unlike most places that say "careful, hot plate!" but the plates are fine. At Bogart's the plates were actually too hot to touch.)Service was wonderful. Portions large. All in all can't recommend it more! More...
