What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people feel better in their bodies. When I see how relaxed they feel after it makes my day, knowing I helped with that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I injured by back and FST was the only modality that helped me at the time. I tried it as a client for a year before I got the courage to ask more about the business end and how to get certified. I never wanted people to feel the pain I felt, so I decided I would help people avoid that suffering.
Why should our clients choose you?
I really focus on down regulation and mental health with my clients. I stretch clients in a quiet private room, we listen to light meditation music, can smell soothing aroma therapy and anything else they might need. All my stretches are 50 minutes long and tailored towards the individual but also full body.

Only in person. Working on providing Life Stretch online but that will be a while.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Cleaning between clients and thoroughly cleaning of the room routinely.
