I worked with Edward (Skip) over 12 thirty minute sessions. Was very impressed with the breadth of knowledge and ability to work around my injured shoulder while still giving me a good workout.

Highly recommend for anyone who needs help getting into a good fitness pattern, people who have trouble committing, and people who are just looking for a change of pace in their normal routine.
