As a Nutritionist I help my clients learn how to eat for weight loss and health, as the two go hand in hand. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer and will help my nutrition clients with an exercise plan as part of their program. Most of my program is virtual so it doesn't matter where you live, I can work with you and help you obtain your goals.

Mary's been an absolute blast to work with. Not only is she kind and supportive, but also cares about your progress as a client and an individual. A lot of the other nutritionists/trainers that I have talked to aren't as effective or as good as Mary for what she offers. Mary is a definitely an expert in weight loss in difficult cases and health improvement! No diets or doctors could help me with my peri-menopause and fibromyalgia complicated weight loss issues, but Mary has brought me success and a much improved quality of life. Through Mary’s program over 3 the months not only did I lose 36 pounds, I have cleaned up my diet and found eggs, diary, and gluten were problem foods for me. My name is Venka and this is my success story. 8 months ago, I was in the worst health of my life. I was taking at least 5+ different pills and insulin injections for my type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar was constantly in flux during the day and night to the point that I constantly was waking up due to blood sugar spikes. I weighed 280 lbs at 6'1" and was always lethargic and out of energy. I couldn't go out without having to constantly monitor my blood sugar. The worst part was that I could not enjoy my time with my family because I always felt miserable. I went to help my son move out of his apartment and was unable to help him because my blood sugar kept crashing.  I was depressed and resigned that my life would be in this miserable rut of sugar spikes and crashes, that is until I saw my wife's success with Mary. She was working with Mary for 2 months at the time and saw great results. I was encouraged to see her lose her weight, so I thought why not give Mary a try. My consultation with Mary was eye opening. I was eating around 500g carbs a day! That is as much carbs as a professional athlete or bodybuilder might eat, and I was eating that much. Right away, Mary helped me cut down my carbs drastically as well as made sure I had an eating plan I could stick too. I immediately saw results. With the detox phase, I lost 12 lbs! I started feeling better, not having as many spikes and crashes in blood sugar. I knew if I just kept with it, I  could get better. 8 months later, and  I lost 35 lbs! I have reduced my medications to just one pill a day with NO injections! I no longer suffer from blood sugar spikes at night. Most important of all, I am able to enjoy a healthy life with my family. I still have more weight I want to lose, but I now feel like I am in control of my life. Unbelievably Successful and Motivating! For two years, I have been trying to get back into good health and better shape and in two weeks with Mary's detox plan, I have become more inspired than ever to eat healthy and workout. After seeing my weight gain and the results of my blood work during my recent physical, I knew I needed to make a change. Specifically, aside from the weight gain one alarming result stood out and that is I was showing signs of being pre-diabetic . Per the advice of my physician, I searched for a holistic registered nutritionist and found Mary. I am so glad I did! I was searching for someone who not only was a registered nutritionist but also well experienced with fitness and training-rare to find both. Immediately, I participated in the two week detox plan and could not believe the overwhelming difference in how I felt both mentally and physically. Prior to the detox plan, I was eating a lot of sugar and getting this all from fruits which I absolutely love. I mistakenly thought fruits are so healthy so it was a common part of my daily food intake. In addition, I love my vino which meant I was adding even more unnecessary sugar. I was also not getting enough protein or consuming essential healthy fats. Since the completion of the detox plan, I have not only lost 7 lbs but I have gained more restful sleep, energy and mental clarity. I also loved drinking two cups of caffeine coffee a day and simply do not miss it! Instead, I found a new love Teeccino organic caffeine free coffee! Moreover, my hubby who has always done all the cooking told me he so enjoys seeing his wife taking over the kitchen and preparing the meals. In fact, he loves the recipes! Eight weeks ago, I called Mary and asked her for help and guidance. For several years I'd been struggling to drop the 10-15 pounds that I gained after going through menopause. I thought I ate pretty well and I exercised regularly, but the scale never seemed to move. If you are looking to lose weight, create healthy habits and ultimately change your life then Mrs. Mary Sabat is the woman for you! I had the opportunity of shadowing Mrs. Sabat this past year for one of my sports nutrition rotations. I am very happy I had her as my mentor. Working with Mrs. Sabat was an absolutely amazing experience. She was always willing to help and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how busy she was. She taught me how to apply the knowledge and skills I learned at university and employ them to real world circumstances. Her nutritional knowledge and understanding are unbounded.
As a dietetics student, I wanted the first-hand perspective of what Mrs. Sabat's clients would be undertaking, so I signed up for her Two-Week Detox Plan. I was pleasantly surprised at how informative the plan was! It broke down not only what I would be eating, but also why and what nutritional benefits I would be receiving. I ended up losing 9 pounds and my husband lost 12! I highly recommend Mrs. Sabat to anyone looking for a Registered Dietitian and personal trainer.

Mary did a diet plan a year ago for me.  I lost over 30 pounds!!!  The best thing is that a year later I have kept the weight off.  I recently purchased her 2 week detox diet book and I am looking forward to trying it.  The weight loss is a life style change and I would recommend her program to people trying to live a healthier life!!!
