I am certified in Nutrition with a masters degree in food science and have 20 plus years experience helping clients with weight loss, weight gain, eating disorders, nutrition for optimal athletic performance and nutrition for lean muscle building

I travel From Hendersonville to Jay’s studio in Gallatin TN as his knowledge in Nutrition and how to work around my physical injuries was far superior to any trainer I met with in Hendersonville. .I have been with Jay a little over 5 months and I have lost 36 Lbs. it would not be an exaggeration to say Jay has changed my outlook on fitness as I was always so bored working out but he makes it so fun that I look forward to each and every session. I never leave google reviews for any business but for Jay it was a pleasure to do so.. if you are actually looking for results I wouldn’t waste your time looking at any other trainer.. his Knowledge in Nutrition alone and the science for weight loss are worth his fees alone but you also get top notch training and accountability checks (usually via text) throughout the week which really helps to keep me on track.. I reached out to Jay when my husband was looking for a trainer. Jay was very encouraging and developed a weekly plan for my husband right away. My husband has been training with Jay for 6 months, 3 days a week and it had been life changing. Jay really focuses on all aspects of health. I started training with Jay 6 months ago when I was 296lb and was told by my doctor that I would be facing serious health issues if I didn’t make drastic changes. I was skeptical about trainers given my past experiences. However, my wife looked for a trainer and found Jay. I met with him at this home and training site and got a very good vibe from him. We settled on 2 days a week in the mornings.

The first few sessions were challenging. I looked for every reason to cancel and quit. Jay is a masterful motivator. He was tough on me when he needed to be and was always supportive. I told him after the first few training sessions I would never exercising. He told me to give it time and once I saw results, I would enjoy it.

After a month, I increased my training to three days a week. Jay advised me on nutrition and healthy food choices. His training is all encompassing. At his advice, I tracked everything I ate. I bought the foods he recommended. And I kept up with training sessions and workouts at home.

Today, I am 35lb lighter. My shirt size is down from 19 to 17.5. My suit jackets are down from a tight 50R to a 46R (and is starting to be loose). My pant size is down 2 sizes and counting. I am conscious about what I eat. I feel better and look forward to exercise.

Jay has a process. There is a meticulous method to his actions. He is a master of his craft and with his advice and training, I am on my way to a healthier life I never thought was possible. He genuinely cares about his clients and tailors the training to your goals so that you can achieve sustainable results as fast as possible.

I was afraid at first. Scared to even get onto a scale let alone try to become healthier. Trust me, take the leap and contact Jay. You’ll be making one of the best decisions of your life.

Trainer Jay absolutely loves what he does and does this to help people as he could be charging a lot more than he does considering the caliber of trainer that he is on top of that he takes over your nutrition for no extra fees. . Personal Trainers

I have always struggled with my weight since I was younger, however I really let myself go during the pandemic. I decided to look into personal trainers and found Jay, and I am beyond grateful for taking that leap and trusting in him. Since working with him, he has impressed me with every session! Jay is so informative from his many years of experience and only wants to see his clients reach their goals and succeed. He has such an incredible work ethic and drive, seeing him work so hard for you/your health/your goals, only motivates you to push yourself harder. He continually challenges you and keeps you accountable and always adds something new to your workouts. Another thing I appreciate is that he makes himself available to you 24/7 which is so appreciative.

Today marks 1month since starting with Jay and since then I have lost 10.8lbs!!!! My clothes feel better, my energy is much higher than before, my confidence is coming back and im starting to look forward to each of our sessions. I'm excited to see how the next several months go. Was hesitant hiring a trainer as during the pandemic I really let myself go physically.. I was scared to begin this journey but I knew I wanted to make a change and just could not do it on my own. I have tried going to gym on my own to save the money from hiring a trainer but I have never been able to stick with it for more than a few weeks. I hired Jay 7 months ago and have not missed a session and train 3 times a week( what Jay recommends) Jay is so motivating and passionate that I just kept coming and now I look forward to my sessions. Jay is very results driven but also understanding if I need a minute to catch my breath..with that being said I have lost a ton of weight and have my self confidence back and it’s all

Workouts are based on the clients specific goals, progress is kept , and the workout is constantly changing to keep the body guessing

There is no magic pill unfortunately.. good old fashioned exercise and way of eating .. I tell all my clients that consistency is the number one factor

Hands down, watching people’s bodies and mindset change over time

I find the clients like the one on one aspect of training and not in a crowded germ filled gym setting
