I spend the majority of my time in front of a computer. Recently I moved to a new working environment with a new desk and chair. I dove right into working and didn't take the time to adjust my chair and desk to the right height, I ended up with muscle ache running from the base of my skull, down my neck, through my shoulders and down my arms to my wrists. Appt 1/16/17 ... My regular , Ashley , has moved on :( . Julie was my Therapist today. She hasn't been doing this very long but if she hadn't told me I would have never known. . Put me right into total relaxation. Takes her time with every movement . I think she can actually feel when something is not right inside you because she would hesitate and work on that spot..
