One-on-one and two-on-one personal training programs are designed to benefit clients who may not be able to train with EMS technology. What does “personal training” mean to us? It starts with “You”. We provide an individualized approach that encompasses your medical history, fitness goals, preferred method of training, and other factors. This will ensure your experience is both safe and effective. Simply put, you are important to us, and we want to make sure that you are successful. You will gradually achieve a more muscular, chiseled, and athletic body as well as a more positive mindset. Furthermore, we will track and monitor your progress with Styku's cutting-edge 3D body scanning technology. Styku provides accurate and precise body measurements, body fat percentages, vital health metrics, and much more. Using this data, we will adjust your diet and training accordingly.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) consists of an adjustable full-body suit that delivers electrical impulses to aid your body in creating stronger muscle contractions. As a result, up to 90% of your muscles are activated simultaneously during each EMS session compared to the 40% that are activated during conventional weight training.
Twenty minutes of EMS training is equivalent to a standard 90-minute workout. Therefore, you may achieve results with as little as two 20 minute sessions per week!
Achieve muscle toning, fat burning, and a reduction in cellulite. Enhanced circulation of the muscular and connective tissue will lead to firmer and more toned skin.

During small group training, you will get the best of two worlds. First, you can expect a workout with the energy, support, and encouragement you would find in a group environment. Secondly, small group classes are limited to four people, so we can modify exercises according to each individual's goals and needs, much like a personal training session.

HIIT & BOX - Boxing and kickboxing have a secure spot on many celebrities’ workout regimens, and for a good reason. Boxers are among the fittest athletes in the world. HIIT & BOX is all about that “after burn feeling”. Interval rounds between water filled boxing bags, battle ropes, individual and partner drill work will have your body burn calories long after the class has ended.

RE_SHAPE - Re-shape and transform your body with resistance and functional training. This class focuses on quality repetitions, proper form and correct technique. You will learn how to properly train with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and a suspension trainer to achieve a stronger, chiseled, and more athletic physique.

IRE_COVER - f you want to train like an athlete you need to RE-COVER like one! During our 45-minute class we will focus on stretching, foam rolling and ball massaging. Benefits include: greater flexibility and joint range of motion, reduced soreness, increased circulation and decreased muscle fatigue. You will move more freely, you will feel better and you will be ready to conquer your next HIIT & BOX class. Let’s roll!
