I get it, starting an exercise routine can be intimidating and you don’t want to get hurt doing things that aren’t right for you. That it’s even more important to find the right ways to approach your health to feel better and not wast your time and money doing the wrong things and not get results.

Lisa’s designs her workouts with my best interest at heart. I’ve been working out for over 30 years and I have to say I am stronger and in better physical health now at 62 then when I was in my 40s and 50s. Lisa helps me do the right exercises, the right way, for the best results. I greatly appreciate her focus on strength, improving balance, spatial awareness and the brain/body connection. I love to teach and solve puzzles so this is the perfect job for me because I get to help my clients break through the barriers that have been holding them back by solving what it is their body needs and I get to teach them how to do it!

In college I thought I was going to graduate with my health degree and then go into corporate wellness. But the economy at the time had tanked and no one was hiring for corporate wellness positions.
I was already working for multiple gyms and was encouraged to start my own business by my friends and family. It turns out that many of my clients were relieved to follow me OUT of the gym.
I'm happy to say my "plan B" turned into the best decision and I'm so grateful for it!

I am a great fit for those who are interested in taking back control of their health and know good health is pivotal to a happy and fulfilling future.
I have always stood out from the typical trainer in the industry because I do not encourage fad diets and short-term programs. I believe that our health is our greatest asset and I have seen in my clients what is possible when the right exercise and the right nutrition and lifestyle habits are applied. This is my goal when working with my clients! To support them in attain their best health and to keep it well into their future.

All of my services are provided online/remotely via zoom or FaceTime and from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

-Enjoys a more private atmosphere and/or personal attention
-Is a beginner to exercise or hasn’t exercised in a while and would like to start out in a private, self paced atmosphere

-Is looking for quick fix/short term programs
-Just wants to lose a few pounds before summer or an event
-Is sticking with their current way of eating and isn’t open to trying anything new
-Believes working-out hard, heavy and fast is the only way to get results
-Doesn’t want to buy home based exercise equipment (example: yoga mat, a variety of hand weights, exercise ball or bands)
